Information submitted through the contact form
The contact form collects name, work email, optional company, inquiry type, two non-confidential qualification answers, a one-workflow description, and an optional walkthrough preference.
When server email is configured (Cloudflare Pages Function at /api/contact with a mail provider secret), the site transmits those fields to the provider solely to deliver a message to hello@cameronsanderson.ca, with your work email as reply-to. Fields are not intentionally stored as a CRM record on this site.
When server email is not configured, or if delivery fails, the form falls back to opening a draft in your local email application. In that mode the website does not intentionally transmit or store the fields; your email provider processes the message only if you send it.
Server and hosting logs
Cloudflare may process routine technical information such as IP address, request time, browser details, and requested pages for security, reliability, and operational logging. Exact retention follows product defaults and account configuration.
Analytics and cookies
Launch configuration does not include advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. If privacy-respecting analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, this notice will be updated before deployment, not after.
Confidential information
Do not submit confidential records, client material, protected health information, proprietary source documents, credentials, or regulated data through the public website. Begin with a non-confidential inquiry so suitable handling can be agreed.
